I have been teaching private lessons for acting, LAMDA, and presentation skills for over 25 years.
I am a LAMDA Examiner too.
What I offer in a one to one Acting class:
- a free initial assessment of your requirements and a discussion of how to progress further
- I will work on scenes, monologues, voice and body work, script analysis, audition technique, acting techniques
- audition technique for students entering drama schools
- returning actors – confidence building, marketing and the above skills
What I offer in a one to one Presentation Skills class:
- a free initial assessment of your requirements and a discussion of how to progress further
- work on specific or sample presentation or other relevant topics
- confidence building, handling nerves, how to work an audience, voice and body awareness, acting techniques
- leadership skills
What I offer in a one to one LAMDA class
- rehearsal of solo and duologue acting scenes
- LAMDA criteria and how to match them
- voice, body, character development, acting techniques
- how to make the exam work for each student
- successful exam results
- DBS checked (2020)
I offer reasonable rates for one to one coaching in acting and presentation skills
- hourly rates for acting lessons from £25 – £45 per hour (lower rates are for students and concessions)
- hourly rates for business presentation skills from £40
- LAMDA prep from £25-35 per hour (depending on grades and age)
The above rates exclude venue hire which will be charged extra if required
